You should remember that a pipe, no matter how solid it is, will always remain fragile. Always keep the pipe clean with pipe knife and pipe cleaner. In the unlikely event that you have a complaint about your BigBen pipe, you can send it to us at any time.
Warranty
If your pipe shows a defect which, according to you, is covered by the guarantee, please contact the sales outlet of your pipe. They will take care of the further settlement of your repair.
Out of warranty
If you have a problem with your pipe that falls outside the warranty then the repair will be charged. This concerns labour costs, costs for parts and shipping costs. For the settlement of the repair please contact the dealer where you bought the pipe. They will take care of the further settlement for you. If you choose to handle the repair of your Big Ben or Hilson pipe yourself, we kindly ask you to send the pipe to us together with a short paper clearly stating:
- Name, address, postal code, town and telephone number
- Short description of the complaint or defect
We kindly request you to completely clean your pipe before sending it to us. Also please use proper packaging material. Sending your pipe is at your own risk.
